Job summary

Uline, a family-owned leader in shipping, is seeking a Facilities Lead at our Wisconsin distribution center to oversee building operations across 800,000+ square feet. This on-site role offers growth potential and a starting pay of $32–$38 per hour.

You will plan preventive maintenance, manage budgets and projects, coordinate carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC work, and ensure landscaping, security and janitorial standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience working with MEP, landscaping, HVAC and electrical systems.
• Previous hands-on warehouse facilities management experience preferred.
