Provides day-to-day leadership and oversight of facilities operations, including major mechanical systems, preventive maintenance, inspections, repairs, safety, and emergency response. Supervises and develops facilities staff while coordinating with internal departments to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient facility operations. Responsible for maintaining operational readiness, supporting regulatory compliance, managing incidents, and identifying opportunities to improve facility performance and service.
