Qualifications

• Requires knowledge, skill, and mental development equivalent to completion of four years of high school.
• 2 years of experience in a public or business organization performing facility moves of office furniture, equipment, etc.
• 2 years of experience conducting inventories of facilities for a public or business organization.
• 2 years of experience in a public or business organization exercising basic knowledge of building maintenance equipment use and care in the performance of duties.

Responsibilities

• Serves as Facilities Laborer
• Operates various equipment, such as pallet jacks, dollies, hand tools, ladders, power carts, stackers, postage meter, duplicating equipment, etc.
• Assists with moves of facilities
• Delivers and checks quantity and quality of paper supplies to ensure paper is available to all offices
• Performs scanning of property control on an as-needed basis
• Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above
