Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on HVAC and mechanical systems across the facility.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, refrigeration, and related mechanical systems.
• Coordinate equipment shutdowns with production and facility teams.
• Diagnose and repair faulty breakers, switches, thermostats, fuses, and related control components.
• Identify and resolve issues with HVAC systems including chillers, boilers, ventilation units, and building automation controls.
• Work collaboratively with other maintenance trades to restore equipment and support facility operations.
