Job summary

Seminole Coconut Creek Casino is looking for an HVAC Technician to support facilities under the Shift Supervisor. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems at the casino campus and related sites.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or technical certificate, 3–5 years of commercial/industrial HVAC experience, and EPA Universal certification, with ability to read schematics and interpret diagrams.

To see our fill list of Team Member Benefits please visit our career site: www.gotoworkhappy.com/benefitsJob Description:Under the direction of the Facilities Shift Supervisor the incumbent adjustments, repairs, troubleshoots and maintains all HVAC equipment and systems.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Must adhere to the Seminole Tribe's Policies and Procedures.Performs all preventive maintenance on systems and maintains applicable log books.Conducts walk-through inspections; of all HVAC equipment to insure proper operation.Maintains quality of air, air flow and temperature at on and off-site facilities; adjusts valves to regulate temperature of lubrication oil and flow of water through system.Records gauge readings, repairs completed and time lost due to inoperative equipment.Maintains technical logs and records all relevant data as appropriate.Knowledge of Seminole Coconut Creek Casino’s policies, procedures and schedules to insure minimal interruption to business operations and to prioritize projects appropriately.Promotes positive public/employee relations at all times.Maintains a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility.Performs all other related and compatible/non-compatible duties as assigned.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
