Qualifications

• Ability to plan staffing and manage facilities inspections.

Responsibilities

• Lead the housekeeping team to maintain overall facility cleanliness.
• Manage and train staff, and plan staffing levels.
• Conduct regular facilities inspections and ensure health and safety compliance.
• Respond to alarms and facility issues promptly.
• Coordinate security and environmental health & safety.
• Ensure prompt responses to occupant requests.
• Document and report on cleanliness and safety standards.
