Boyd Gaming Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on hotel building systems and conduct routine inspections of guest rooms and facilities. You will respond to guest and staff requests, document activities in the CMMS, and work with the Facilities Manager to implement preventive maintenance schedules.

The role requires strong troubleshooting, good communication, and the physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

• Experience with facility management systems and CMMS software.

• Physical capability to perform demanding tasks (lifting up to 50 pounds).

Responsabilités

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on hotel building systems.
• Conduct routine inspections of guest rooms, common areas, and back-of-house facilities to identify maintenance issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff, troubleshooting problems and implementing timely solutions.
• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment servicing in the facility management system.
• Collaborate with the Facilities Manager and maintenance team to develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules.
• Perform repairs and replacements of fixtures, appliances, and building components while adhering to manufacturer specifications.
• Ensure all work areas are maintained in a clean, safe, and organized manner in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Operate and maintain specialized equipment and tools safely and effectively.
• Other general maintenance as assigned.

• Physical capability to perform demanding maintenance tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds regularly
