Job Description

**Responsibilities**

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on hotel building systems.
• Conduct routine inspections of guest rooms, common areas, and back-of-house facilities to identify maintenance issues and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff, troubleshooting problems and implementing timely solutions
• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment servicing in the facility management system
• Collaborate with the Facilities Manager and maintenance team to develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules
• Perform repairs and replacements of fixtures, appliances, and building components while adhering to manufacturer specifications
• Ensure all work areas are maintained in a clean, safe, and organized manner in compliance with health and safety regulations
• Operate and maintain specialized equipment and tools safely and effectively
• Other general maintenance as assigned

Qualifications

• Demonstrated proficiency in performing preventive and corrective maintenance
• Proficiency in facility management systems and computerized maintenance management software
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
• Physical capability to perform demanding maintenance tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds regularly
