Qualifications

• Technical College Degree preferred.
• High school diploma with 2+ years of facilities experience required or equivalent.
• Puerto Rico driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out a wide range of repair and maintenance tasks such as plumbing, carpentry, light electrical, masonry and office fixtures/equipment installation.
• Perform work including building/site repairs, painting, cleaning, and maintaining grounds and site equipment.
• Interior and exterior building maintenance such as shelving, changing light bulbs, moving furniture, cleaning windows and routine checks.
