We’re seeking a reliable and skilled Facilities Handyman to join our team. This role is responsible for performing general maintenance and repair tasks across our facility, including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and preventative maintenance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling a variety of repair and upkeep duties to ensure a safe, clean, and functional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, painting, etc.)

• Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve issues

• Maintain tools, supplies, and equipment in good working condition

• Respond promptly to service requests and work orders

• Support facility upgrades and improvement projects as needed

Qualifications:

• Proven handyman or maintenance experience

• Strong knowledge of building systems and tools

• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

• High school diploma or equivalent required

The handyman will be responsible for performing a wide range of tasks, including light carpentry, [painting, carpet and ceiling tile repairs and replacements, cove base repair and replacement, hanging signage, repair and re-key locks, minor drywall repairs and general facility maintenance.
