Job summary

The Facility Attendant at Kohler Co. is responsible for keeping locker rooms, restrooms, public areas, and outdoor spaces clean and welcoming, while assisting staff and guests as a friendly point of contact onsite in Kohler, Wisconsin.

The role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to follow safety procedures; duties include monitoring facility usage, restocking linen, supervising pool areas, and supporting events, with weekday and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform physical requirements including sitting, standing, walking, bending, squatting, repetitive motion, reaching, outdoor work, and occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
• Must be detail oriented, organized, dependable and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a neat and clean facility via frequent checks of locker rooms, restrooms, public areas, workout spaces, and outdoor areas as applicable.
• Fold and restock linen and spot clean areas as needed.
• Answer questions, give tours and serve as a friendly facility host/ess.
• Ensure members and guests follow posted rules and safety procedures; maintain knowledge of SOPs.
• Assist staff with special events or other duties as requested.
• Monitor tennis court usage in line with front desk reservations.
• Check pool chemicals and assist in maintenance of pools, sauna, and whirlpools.
• Return facility equipment to storage, reset for future usage, and sanitize as needed.
• Assist with laundry, boat rentals, ball machine rentals, etc.
