Job summary

Pilotcompany is seeking a facilities assistant to maintain the travel center's cleanliness and guest experience. You will clean restrooms, showers, and public areas, assist with towel handling, and perform basic repairs as needed.

The role requires ability to lift 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. A team-oriented attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be highly motivated and able to work well in a team
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for long periods
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays
• Experience in a similar role is a plus

Responsibilities

• Maintaining overall cleanliness of the store
• Cleaning showers and restroom facilities
• Washing, loading, and unloading towels for showers
• Performing general repair/ maintenance of the store
• Picking up and taking all trash around travel center
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities
