Responsibilities

• Perform custodial and general maintenance duties like sweeping and restroom cleaning.
• Mow lawns and maintain landscaping across transit properties.
• Conduct inspections of facilities to identify safety hazards.
• Perform minor repairs to buildings, including painting and door adjustments.
• Clear snow and ice from walkways.
• Ensure bus stops and terminals are clean and properly maintained.
• Respond to maintenance requests during assigned shifts.
• Operate light equipment and tools safely.
• Follow safety procedures and report unsafe conditions.

Skills

Basic knowledge of building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC)

Ability to use hand tools and power equipment safely
