RegalCare at Courtyard in Medford, MA is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to maintain grounds and the facility, ensuring safety and reliability in line with policies and regulations. You will follow supervisor instructions, perform routine upkeep on building systems and equipment, and support a clean, safe living environment for residents.

Responsibilities

• Receive and follow maintenance schedule/instructions from supervisor and established policies.
• Perform routine maintenance on grounds, parking areas, driveways, etc.
• Perform routine maintenance and repair on the facility and equipment (plumbing, painting, electrical, carpentry, mechanical) as directed.
• Clean windows and screens as directed.
• Replace burned out light bulbs and perform cleaning duties where needed.
• Service heating and cooling units/systems per manufacturer and policy.
• Check maintenance work orders daily and perform unscheduled tasks as directed.
