• Previous related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the grounds, facility, and equipment safely.
• Performs routine maintenance on grounds and parking areas.
• Repairs building and equipment including plumbing and electrical.
• Cleans windows and maintains high places safely.
• Services heating and cooling units as specified.
• Reports defective equipment to supervisor.
