Job summary

Pet Supplies Plus seeks a Facilities Assistant at our Orangeburg, SC distribution center to handle cleaning, work orders, inventory, and grounds maintenance, supporting our store supply chain.

Requirements include 3–5 years in facilities/maintenance, an associates degree or vocational training, and a self-starter attitude. Candidates should be able to work in temperature extremes and loud environments.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in facilities/maintenance.
• Ability to prioritize actions and projects.
• Self-starter, driven individual.
• May be subject to temperature extremes and periods of loud noise.

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned work areas (break areas, restrooms, offices) to established standards.
• Complete work order forms according to procedures.
• Inventory and issue supplies to warehouse staff as needed.
• Monitor cardboard baler and make bales as needed.
• Operate ride-on floor scrubber and walk-behind scrubber safely.
