• Experience maintaining facilities, grounds, and amenities for a condominium association.

Responsibilities

• Review and complete work orders assigned by the Property Manager.
• Prioritize tasks and efficiently distribute work among maintenance staff.
• Monitor and maintain building mechanical/electrical systems (HVAC, fire pump, electrical, elevator).
• Inspect community daily and perform repairs or advise the Property Manager.
• Perform minor repairs in painting, drywall, irrigation, electrical, and plumbing.
