Job summary

The Humane Society of North Texas in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Maintenance & Facilities Coordinator to maintain grounds, equipment, and facilities across multiple locations, including the Joshua ranch. You will perform routine maintenance, coordinate preventative work, and ensure OSHA-compliant safety standards.

Responsibilities include transporting equipment and animals, purchasing supplies, coordinating volunteers and community service, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds, mowing, irrigation and plantings at multiple Fort Worth locations.
• Perform routine maintenance of facilities and equipment as directed.
• Coordinate preventative maintenance on vehicles and equipment.
• Transport equipment and animals between locations.
• Purchase supplies and equipment as approved by management.
• Adhere to safety standards and OSHA requirements.
• Operate company vehicles and equipment and manage safe use of power tools.
• Assist with Gift in Kind Donations by handling pallets and stored items.
• Maintain accurate records for vehicles, equipment and facilities.
• Coordinate community service personnel and volunteer activities.
• Coordinate special activities as directed by management.
