Job summary

Monday–Friday schedule; pay ranges $38.00–$45.00 per hour (DOE). This role requires 5–7 years in facility operations, OSHA certification, and DOT/RCRA

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• OSHA 24 or 40-hour certification (or ability to obtain) required.
• DOT/RCRA knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Act as a first‑line leader overseeing one or more operational departments within the facility.
• Ensure inspections, maintenance, and repairs of treatment building and tank systems meet permit requirements.
• Drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
• Oversee daily operations including drum handling, tank farm operations, truck loading/unloading, and wastewater treatment processes.
• Ensure paperwork, tracking, and data entry are completed accurately and on time.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inspection‑ready facility at all times.
• Communicate and elevate operational, safety, or compliance concerns to leadership.
• Operate light and heavy equipment as needed.
• Train, mentor, and support new and existing team members.
