Facilities Floor Technician Specialist - We have immediate openings! Training will be provided!

This position is available to start right away, with comprehensive on-the-job training included.

Job Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

• Regular use of medium to heavy equipment such as floor buffers, carpet cleaner, auto floor scrubbers and other hands on equipment.
• Tile and grout cleaning.
• Performing deep clean services.
• Stripping & Refinishing VCT floors to rid of damaged floor finish and reapply.
• Keeping supplies and equipment organized and well stocked.
• Maintaining cleanliness of company vehicles.
• Commercial window cleaning.
• Post-construction clean up.
• Pressure washing.

Flexible Shifts:

We recognize that each person's schedule varies. Therefore, we provide a range of shift options, including mornings and evenings, to align with your availability.

Competitive Compensation:

• Hourly Wage: Starting at $19.00 per hour, depending on your location and experience. Ranging between $19.00 - $21.00 per hour.
