Job summary

FreshPoint, Inc. is seeking an experienced Operations professional to oversee maintenance, repair, and appearance of the facility, fleet shop, grounds, and power industrial equipment.

You will manage safety, compliance, expenses, and coordinate with third party providers while guiding beverage, fleet, and facility staff. This role requires 3–5 years of maintenance management experience, a high school diploma, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years maintenance management experience.
• Valid state Driver's License and proof of liability coverage.
• Certificate(s) in ammonia/refrigeration or related equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages daily work and safety of associates in building, grounds, sanitation, fleet maintenance, refrigeration, and security.
• Handles labor hours and consumables within budget.
• Prepares work schedules and coordinates emergency response and training initiatives.
• Maintains assets, inventory, and vendor relationships for fleet and facilities.
• Ensures compliance with OSHA and other regulatory agencies.
