Central Counties Services is seeking a Maintenance Specialist to join our facilities team. The role focuses on preventative maintenance, inspections, and repairs across buildings and fleet vehicles. Training is provided, with opportunities to work independently as skills grow.

Expect a collaborative environment, safety-focused procedures, and the chance to expand maintenance capabilities while supporting center operations. This is a full-time, on-site position in our Texas region.

Qualifications

• Experience in general facility and building maintenance and repair.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other building systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on facilities, equipment, and fleet vehicles.
• Inspect facilities and identify maintenance deficiencies and report necessary actions.
• Coordinate vendor services and perform routine repairs and inspections.
