Job summary

SJRC Texas is seeking a Facilities and Fleet Technician for Touchstone to maintain and repair the physical plant, buildings, vehicles, and grounds under the direction of the Facilities Manager.

Responsibilities include inspections, repairs to mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems, and coordinating fleet movements. A high school diploma or GED and a Texas driver's license are required; CPR/First Aid and OSHA 10 are provided by the employer.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months apprenticeship or education in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or related field.
• 2+ years maintenance experience preferred.
• Valid Texas Driver’s License with insurance.
• CPR/First Aid certification offered by employer; OSHA 10 training provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair physical plant, buildings, vehicles, and grounds.
• Submit maintenance requests and inspect facilities weekly.
• Ensure safety, code compliance, and communication with staff.
• Assist with fleet moves, servicing, and related duties.
• Work on-call rotation as required.
