Job summary

WakeMed in Raleigh, NC seeks a Finance/Construction Project Manager to oversee capital projects and operating expenses, ensuring budgets, cash flows and procurement are managed effectively. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, at least 3 years in construction and contract management, and 3 years in accounting/finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting or related field is required.
• Minimum 3 years of construction and contract management experience.
• Minimum 3 years accounting/finance experience; accounting background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day office and financial oversight, management and monitoring of capital projects and operating expenses.
• Develop and execute contractual agreements, project budgets and cash flows; manage change orders and procurement documentation.
• Regularly review all projects to ensure progress remains within budget; train staff and enforce departmental and corporate policies.
