Job summary

Palm Construction in San Diego is seeking a motivated Handyman/Plumber to service commercial clients in and around the city. The role emphasizes quality workmanship, reliability, and steady commercial work with no upsell pressure.

Responsibilities include commercial plumbing service and repairs, drain snake operations, sewer camera usage, drywall and painting, door/lock adjustments, flooring and ceiling repairs, and occasional minor electrical tasks (a big plus).

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the trades.
• Clean driving record.
• Clean criminal background.

• Running a 100' drain snake.
• Operating sewer cameras and hydro jetters.
• Basic drywall repair and painting.
• Door and lock repairs and adjustments.
