Job summary

Palm Construction in Las Vegas is seeking an experienced Handyman/Plumber to service commercial clients in and around the Las Vegas area. This role emphasizes steady, quality workmanship and reliable service on commercial sites.

You will handle plumbing service and repairs, drain snake work, sewer cameras and hydro jetters, drywall repair, door/lock work, flooring repairs, ceiling repairs, and minor electrical tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of trade experience.
• Clean driving record.
• Clean criminal background.
• Ability to work independently and professionally on commercial sites.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Commercial plumbing service and repairs.
• Running a 100’ drain snake.
• Operating sewer cameras and hydro jetters.
• Basic drywall repair and painting.
• Door and lock repairs and adjustments.
• Basic flooring repairs (VCT, carpet squares, etc.).
• T-bar ceiling repairs.
• Minor electrical repairs (a big plus).
