Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the trades.
• Familiarity with local building codes and NEC.
• Clean driving record.
• Clean criminal background.
• Ability to work independently and professionally in commercial environments.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot basic electrical issues
• Perform lighting repairs and LED retrofits
• Troubleshoot EMS systems
• Perform repairs inside electrical panels
• Repair and replace ballasts, drivers, switches, and outlets
• Ensure all work complies with local codes and NEC requirements
• Basic drywall repair and painting
• Door and lock repairs and adjustments
• Basic flooring repairs (VCT, carpet squares, etc.)
• T-bar ceiling repairs
