Job summary

Virginia Mason Franciscan Health is seeking an Expeditor to perform a variety of non-skilled facility-related maintenance and repairs. The role focuses on keeping spaces safe, functional, and well-maintained across multiple sites.

You will handle tasks such as minor plumbing, pressure washing, painting, and light bulb replacements, and assist with tenant or departmental moves. A valid WA driver's license and the ability to travel between facilities are required.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on maintenance skills and the ability to perform minor repairs.
• Driver's license required for WA, upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Maintains areas of responsibility in a clean and orderly manner, performing minor interior repairs (ceiling tiles, wall penetrations, etc.).
• Performs minor maintenance repairs using hand and power tools (plumbing, faucet/toilet parts, trap removal; lighting).
• Assists in tenant or departmental relocation of equipment and transport between facilities.
