Job summary

Talentify at Fort Bliss Centennial Banquet and Conference Center is seeking staff to assist with facility operations and cash handling. You will verify cash receipts, manage inventories, and support daily reports while handling rotating shifts.

Role involves bingo operations, inventory counts, and using Food Track or similar software to manage orders. Lifting up to 20 pounds may be required and a background check may be conducted.

Qualifications

• Ability to handle cash receipts and verify cash counts.
• Experience with inventory monitoring and placing/receiving orders using software.
• Experience or ability to conduct bingo operations and related counts/inventories.

Responsibilities

• Assist management with facility operations per procedures.
• Issue and verify cash receipts and change funds; report shortages/overages.
• Submit daily operational reports documenting activities.
• Conduct bingo operations and keep counts/inventories.
• Monitor inventories; place/receive food and beverage orders using Food Track or similar software.
