Qualifications

• Proven ability to use precision measurement tools and diagnostic equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Operate test equipment, meters, gauges, and diagnostic tools.
• Install, operate, maintain, and repair building environment control equipment and systems.
• Inspect and repair lighting, pumps, compressors, and related components.
• Record readings and maintenance data; follow safety procedures on site.
