Job summary

Just Evotec Biologics in Redmond, WA is seeking a proactive Facilities Engineering Technician to support our biomanufacturing operations. You will perform equipment rounds, troubleshoot complex systems, and collaborate with the facilities team to maintain safe, compliant operations.

In this role you will assist with maintenance, validation activities, and contractor coordination while adhering to EH&S guidelines and site SOPs. The position offers day shifts with potential overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a cGMP-related environment.
• Associate degree in engineering or engineering tech preferred.
• Electrical or refrigeration license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform equipment rounds and readings to collect operational data.
• Perform maintenance per SOPs and planned schedule.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues—mechanical, electrical, metrology/instrumentation, or automation.
• Manage gas delivery systems and LN2/cryovessels.
• Support IQ/OQ/PQ validation activities and change control processes.
