Job summary

Just Evotec Biologics in Redmond, WA is seeking a Facilities Engineering Technician to join the Facilities team. You’ll perform equipment rounds, collect operational data, and conduct planned and unplanned maintenance to keep systems running.

You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, metrology, and automation issues, manage gas delivery and LN2 systems, support IQ/OQ/PQ validation, and work with contractors. A cGMP background and knowledge of regulatory requirements are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a cGMP environment.
• Associate degree in engineering preferred but not required.
• Prefer electrical or refrigeration license.
• Knowledge of NFPA 70E electrical qualifications.
• Familiar with FDA, OSHA, EH&S, EPA, and Washington regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform equipment rounds and readings to collect and review relevant operational data.
• Perform planned and unplanned maintenance according to SOPs and scheduling.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues including mechanical, electrical, metrology, or automation.
• Manage gas delivery systems and LN2 cryovessel systems.
• Support IQ/OQ/PQ Validation activities.
• Assist and direct contractor/vendor activities as assigned.
• Familiar with Change Control, Site and Global SOPs related to position and department.
• Maintain EH&S guidelines and regulatory compliance.
