Job summary

Alameda Health System is seeking a facilities coordination professional to assist in guiding the facilities department activities, maintaining buildings, grounds and related equipment. The role involves working with stationary, utility and apprentice engineers, supporting maintenance programs, safety and code compliance, with opportunity to lead small teams.

Candidates should have a high school diploma and relevant hospital experience; licenses including CFC, medical gas, and CA driver's license

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Four years' related experience in stationary/maintenance.
• One year supervisory experience in a hospital/healthcare setting.
• EPA universal CFC certificate, 60/40 Medical Gas certification and CA driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating facility maintenance and improvements.
• Support building management systems and PM program.
• Coordinate code compliance, project and contract management.
• Maintain electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry and grounds.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
