Job summary

Catalent is seeking a Facilities Engineer for our Madison, WI site. You’ll tackle complex facility problems with data analysis and collaborate across departments to keep operations compliant and efficient.

The role emphasizes hands-on troubleshooting, SOP drafting, and guiding equipment selection within a cGMP environment. Ideal candidates hold a relevant degree with 3+ years of facilities/automation experience, including BAS exposure.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in a technical field with related facilities/automation experience in a cGMP environment.
• 3+ years' facilities operation/automation engineering; strong problem solving.
• Experience leading cross-department facility projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support utility systems including HVAC, process utilities, and biosafety systems.
• Assess site capacity and plan improvement and maturity projects.
• Draft SOPs for building operation and maintenance.
• Guide manufacturing/utility equipment selection for site needs.
• Maintain facility design files and ensure site quality compliance.
