Job summary

You will perform preventative, emergency, and routine maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire/life safety systems, and handle lamping and painting as needed. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1–2 years general maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing and life-safety.
• Valid Class C Maryland driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative, emergency and routine maintenance on HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing and life-safety systems.
• Maintain interior and exterior structure; lamping, painting and carpentry as needed.
• Keep records to comply with state and federal regulations and fire marshal rules.
• Coordinate efforts with the Facilities Manager, vendors and contractors.
• Work varied shifts including evenings, weekends or emergencies as required.
