Qualifications

• High School Education with extensive hands-on equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Trade School or B.S. in a related engineering discipline is preferred.
• 5+ years ISO biotech experience (BSL2 or above) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and controls systems across lab and facility.
• Coordinate low voltage installations and security systems.
• Project management for admin/lab area buildouts and tenant improvements.
• Coordinate Fire Safety System maintenance and alarms.
• Maintain and improve Automated Order Fulfillment systems and data monitoring.
• Oversee PLC/HMI integration with warehouse management software.
• Support maintenance tasks across multiple technical teams.
• Manage spare parts inventory and reorder points to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate security program and officer training as needed.
• Monitor system performance and ensure ISO/GMP compliance.
• Collaborate with warehouse, manufacturing, lab, and quality teams.
• On-call for emergencies and additional projects as needed.
