Daimler Truck North America is seeking a Facility Engineer to lead maintenance and reliability across five industrial buildings in multiple locations. You will drive capital improvements, manage utilities and infrastructure, and coordinate contractors to keep operations safe and efficient.
Your background includes a Bachelor's in an engineering discipline and at least 5 years in industrial facilities with strong project management and CMMS experience.
The Facility Engineer is responsible for the overall maintenance, reliability, improvement, and operational performance of multiple industrial facilities. This role provides engineering leadership and project management support for facility infrastructure, utilities, equipment installations, renovations, and capital improvement initiatives across five separate building locations.
The Facility Engineer serves as the primary point of contact for facility-related issues and business requests, ensuring timely resolution while maintaining compliance with safety, environmental, regulatory, and company standards. This position manages multiple projects simultaneously, oversees contractor activities, develops budgets, and drives continuous improvement efforts to support plant operations. This position maintains an active security protocol by monitoring and overseeing access control systems and camera control systems throughout all locations.

Position offers a starting salary range of $86,000 - $110,000 USD
Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, andexperience.
