Job summary

Providence Mount St. Vincent in Seattle, WA is seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to preserve the facility's mechanical and electrical systems and respond to equipment repairs in a patient-focused setting.

The role requires National Steam Engineer Licenses (Grade I–III) or equivalent authority, plus several years of building maintenance experience across electrical, plumbing, pneumatics and HVAC systems. Evening shift; on-site employment.

Qualifications

• National Steam Engineer License Grade I/II/III required at hire.
• 3 years experience as electrician, plumber, HVAC/R mechanic, or 4 years as maintenance mechanic with knowledge of electricity, plumbing, pneumatics, refrigeration and building systems.
• Healthcare environment experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility's mechanical and electrical equipment in good, safe condition.
• Respond to resident needs for equipment-related repairs.
• Support Plant Operations policies and procedures
