ExxonMobil is seeking a Facilities Engineer - Advanced in Midland, TX to tackle moderately complex problems on existing production assets and to support technology deployment across Upstream operations.

You will collaborate with multi-discipline teams, contribute to safety, reliability, and profitability improvements, and mentor early career engineers while developing leadership skills for future technical leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Technical Support: Provide requested technical support to production sites to improve safety, reliability, and profitability.
• Project Support: Support the implementation of improvement projects on existing production sites, including modeling and simulation to support project business cases and design considerations.
• Development and Deployment of Technologies: Support development and deployment of new Upstream technology under guidance of a technical expert.
