Job summary

JM Eagle is seeking a Facilities Project Engineer to lead and support facility improvement and construction projects, including renovations, site upgrades, and infrastructure enhancements. You will coordinate contractors, vendors, and design teams to ensure safe, on-time, and on-budget execution.

This role requires an engineering background and hands-on coordination across planning, permits, reviews, and reporting to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related REQUIRED).
• 2+ years of experience in construction, facilities, or building improvement projects.
• Experience with renovations, tenant improvements, or facility upgrades strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Procore, or similar tools.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities
