Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain all HVAC and related equipment.
  • Conduct utility and equipment tests including Fire Pumps and Generators.
  • Maintain continuous operations of equipment by troubleshooting.
  • Maintain plant logs and perform building rounds.
  • Order, stock, and inventory parts and supplies.

  • Operate and maintain all HVAC and related equipment and provide environmental control to the property
  • Conducts utility and equipment tests to include Fire Pumps, Emergency Diesel Generators, and Switchgear
  • Maintains continuous operations of equipment by trouble-shooting and repairing
  • Maintain plant logs and Perform building rounds to document various building systems
  • Order, stock, and inventory parts and supplies
