The Facilities Engineer plays a key role in supporting the reliability, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Hodges facility. This position is responsible for identifying and documenting capital equipment within the CMMS system, developing preventive maintenance (PM) programs for building and utility equipment, and managing the process for identifying and stocking critical spare parts. The role also supports annual and assigned capital projects, facility and grounds upkeep, and the effective management of maintenance-related expenses. Working closely with Maintenance, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, and EHS teams, the Facilities Engineer will coordinate maintenance planning activities, support work order management, order spare parts, establish maintenance requirements for all building support / production equipment and lead assigned projects through the full project lifecycle. Additional responsibilities include managing purchasing processes, including purchase order creation and invoice approvals, while ensuring facility support requirements are met for new and existing equipment installations. Strong project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential for success in this role.
Degree or equivalent experience desired
Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Basic understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision.
Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Basic knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
Problem Solving: Basic knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.
Project Management: Basic knowledge of effective project management strategies and tactics; ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control projects, ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources to achieve project objectives.
Relationship Management: Basic knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.
Supplier Management - MFG: Basic knowledge of processes and methods to effectively manage business relationships and transactions with suppliers of raw materials or product components; ability to apply related knowledge, experience and skills into real practice.
This position requires working onsite five days a week.

$89,210.00 - $133,810.00
