Job summary

Trispoke Managed Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Facilities Engineer to lead facility improvement projects for a Fortune 500 Aero Defense partner.

You will act as the primary focal point for renovations, expansions and equipment installs, coordinating with vendors to deliver on time and on budget. The role involves designing criteria with architecture/engineering firms, preparing contracts, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance across facilities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Construction Project Management.
  • 2 years of experience with AutoCAD.
  • 4 years of experience with Microsoft Project.
  • Experience managing projects over $500,000 in scope.
  • Ability to read/interpret blueprints / use digital measuring devices.
  • Previous experience with ICD-705 compliance.
  • 4 years of hands-on Construction experience preferred.
  • Self-starter with minimal supervision to complete tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Leading and managing facility improvement projects from conception to completion.
  • Developing comprehensive project plans, budgets and schedules.
  • Coordinating with contractors and vendors for on-budget delivery.
  • Gathering data on facility specifications and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborating with architecture/engineering firms to set design criteria.
  • Preparing bid sheets and contracts for construction and facility acquisitions.
  • Conducting regular safety inspections and trainings.
  • Representing Facilities as the department's face across the organization.

Support a Fortune 500 Aero Defense company as an Facilities Engineer.

This role will position you as the primary focal point for facility improvement projects, representing our capabilities and contributing to the mission of solving complex challenges and advancing human discovery.

Your day-to-day contributions will include but are not limited to the following:
  • Leading and managing facility improvement projects, including renovations, expansions, and equipment installations, from conception to completion.
  • Developing comprehensive project plans, managing budgets and schedules, and coordinating effectively with contractors and vendors to ensure timely and on-budget delivery.
  • Gathering and analyzing data regarding facility specifications, regulatory requirements, and construction feasibility to inform decision‑making.
  • Collaborating with architecture and engineering firms to establish design criteria and prepare detailed layout drawings.
  • Preparing bid sheets and contracts for construction and facility acquisitions, ensuring compliance with all relevant safety and regulatory standards.
  • Conducting regular safety inspections, implementing safety protocols, and ensuring employee training on safety procedures.
  • Working with Construction Engineering team inspecting construction and installation progress, ensuring adherence to established designs, specifications, and timelines.
  • Serving as the “face” of Facilities, representing our department’s capabilities and fostering strong relationships across the organization.

As a Facilities Engineer, you will play a crucial role in planning, designing, and overseeing the reconfiguration, maintenance, and enhancement of our facilities. Your work will directly impact on the success of our organization

Required skills:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Construction Project Management

  • Previous experience with ICD-705 compliance

  • Self-starter with minimal supervision to complete tasks (work independently with minimal oversight)
