Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a facilities/plant-engineering leader in the United States. The role focuses on designing, maintaining and upgrading utilities and building systems to ensure reliability, energy efficiency and safety compliance across sites.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in facilities/industrial utilities, with experience managing projects, coordinating contractors, and applying OSHA/NFPA/NEC standards.

• 5+ years facilities, plant-engineering or industrial-utilities experience.
• 5+ years experience with building systems and utilities (electrical distribution, HVAC, compressed air, water).

• Ensures compliance with safety and building codes (OSHA, NFPA, NEC).
• Analyzes utility consumption and drives cost and sustainability improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret electrical, mechanical and P&ID drawings.
• Experience with facility construction and utility installation projects.
• Knowledge of energy efficiency and sustainability programs.
• Project management certification (PMP).

Pay Range

The annual salary for this position is between $79,000.00 - $158,000.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate. The pay range will not be below the minimum wage applicable to the jurisdiction in which the applicant is to be employed.

Other Compensation

Thisposition may be entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
