Job summary

Hadrian is seeking a Facilities Electrical Supervisor to lead maintenance, installation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of facility electrical systems in a manufacturing environment. The role drives reliability, supervises electricians and contractors, and guides projects from planning through commissioning while ensuring OSHA, NFPA 70E, and NEC compliance.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Electrical Technology, Engineering Technology, Industrial Maintenance, or related field.
• Alabama Journeyman Electrician License or equivalent certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of industrial electrical maintenance experience.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership, supervisory, or foreman experience.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, semiconductor, automotive, or similar facilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop a team of electricians, technicians, and contractors.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee electrical maintenance activities.
• Lead troubleshooting for electrical systems, motors, controls, and power distribution.
• Manage electrical infrastructure projects from planning through commissioning.
• Review and interpret electrical drawings and technical documentation.
• Support facility expansion and capital expenditure projects.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA 70E, NEC, and local codes.
• Conduct safety audits, toolbox talks, and electrical safety training.
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure quality workmanship.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and regulatory reports.
• Drive reliability improvements and root-cause analyses.
• Collaborate with Facilities, Engineering, Production, EHS, and Operations.
