Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in electrical technology or related field.
- Alabama Journeyman Electrician License or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of industrial electrical maintenance experience.
- Minimum 3 years in leadership or supervisory roles.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise electricians, technicians, and contractors supporting facility operations.
- Plan and oversee preventive, predictive, corrective, and emergency electrical maintenance.
- Lead troubleshooting for electrical systems, motors, controls, and power distribution equipment.
- Manage electrical infrastructure projects from planning through commissioning within budget and schedule.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA 70E, NEC and local codes; conduct safety audits and trainings.
