Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with electrical coursework/experience.
- Demonstrated aptitude for design, maintenance, and operation of industrial electrical systems.
- Experience in project planning, engineering, and execution from scope to launch.
- Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to work with trades and leadership.
Responsibilities
- Own electrical systems in assigned plant area to ensure safe, reliable operation.
- Provide technical direction to partners and contractors, ensuring GM standards.
- Plan and execute capital/expense projects for building electrical systems.
- Bid equipment contracts and procure resources for construction management.
- Support preventive/predictive maintenance and uptime improvements.
- Lead cross-functional teams and participate in reviews as needed.
