The ideal candidate has 2–5+ years of experience in manufacturing environments, with strong PLC knowledge and the ability to guide teams on code interpretation and best practices.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree with 2–5+ years of experience.
• MA/MS with 0–2+ years of experience.
• Trades training and certifications a plus.
• Experience with third-party contractors, multiple technical trades projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and manage equipment and facilities projects with scope and complexity.
• Guide staff electricians on troubleshooting, code interpretation, and safe design implementations.
• Update electrical baseline drawings and ensure compliance with NFPA/NEC/ARC Flash.
• Provide PLC support and training related to building safety and control systems.
• Create detailed proposals outlining parts, labor, and contractor needs.
• Support critical electrical machine repairs for production equipment.
