Job summary

Hader Solutions seeks a Lead Electrical Engineer to oversee multidisciplinary facility projects, directing design, coordination, and implementation of electrical systems. You will ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and standards while guiding cross-functional teams.

Key duties include maximizing utility reliability and maintenance, managing project budgets and progress, supervising contracted services, and troubleshooting operations to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• Professional Engineer license preferred.
• 1–8+ years of experience with industrial electrical utility systems, infrastructure, or facilities management.
• Knowledge of codes, standards, project management, budgeting, contract oversight, and relevant technical software.

Responsibilities
