Job summary

engineeringjobs.net, Inc. seeks an experienced Electrical Facilities Engineer to oversee electrical projects, drawings, and maintenance for manufacturing facilities. You will plan, design, construct, and update electrical drawings while guiding electricians and operators on troubleshooting and safety practices.

You’ll coordinate PLC support, interpret electrical codes, and coach team members to ensure safe, compliant operations and continuous improvement across the plant.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree with 2–5+ years of experience, or a master’s degree with 0–2+ years of experience.
• Trades training and certifications are a plus.
• Candidates should have project management experience, manufacturing and technical-trades experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage facility electrical projects and equipment from planning through updates to electrical drawings.
• Guide electricians and users on troubleshooting, PLCs, electrical codes, safe work practices, and safety reviews.
